Frequently Asked Questions
What is energy healing?
Energy healing is a holistic practice that works with the body's natural energy systems to promote relaxation, clarity, emotional release, and overall well-being. I offer it as complementary spiritual support, not medical or mental health treatment.
Can distance healing sessions work as well as in-person?
Remote sessions offer spiritual and energetic support without travel. Experiences vary; we can discuss whether this format feels right for you.
What should I expect in my first session?
Your first session will begin with a warm conversation to understand your needs, intentions, and any concerns. There's no pressure. Everything is completely tailored to you, your pace, and your comfort. I'll explain what's happening, honor your boundaries, and ensure you feel safe throughout.
Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work?
You don't need to "believe" in the same way I do. Openness and willingness are what matter most. You are welcome to ask questions and decide whether the approach feels right for you. Your energy work with me is completely non-denominational and respects your own beliefs and worldview.
What about end-of-life support? Do I need to be religious?
No. My ministry and support are non-denominational, meaning they honor all spiritual traditions and beliefs—including no formal religion. Whether you're Christian, Buddhist, Muslim, Jewish, spiritual-but-not-religious, or anything else, I'm here to support you on your terms.
Can you clear a space I rent, or only owned properties?
I can work with any space—rental or owned. For rentals, we simply ensure the clearing is respectful and non-invasive. The energy of a space shifts regardless of ownership, with an approach tailored to your space.
How long is a typical session?
Session options range from 15–120 minutes. The 15-minute follow-up requires a prior session of at least 30 minutes. End-of-life and grief support may vary. We can discuss timing that works for you.
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. Everything you share with me is completely confidential. My role is to witness, support, and hold space—not to judge or share your story. Your privacy is sacred.
